It starts with your everyday staple
One bowl of noodles,
a solid protein foundation.
28g protein per 100g. Made with plant ingredients such as highland barley, wheat gluten (wheat protein) and buckwheat, so an ordinary meal brings together protein, carbohydrates and dietary fibre.
Maintain muscle
Protein helps maintain muscle and repair body tissues. Paired with regular strength training, it can further support muscle growth.
Complementary plant proteins
Buckwheat protein is relatively rich in lysine. Paired with wheat protein, it broadens the plant protein sources in your meal.
High in fibre, more filling
Dietary fibre helps maintain bowel health and can help you feel fuller. Highland barley also naturally contains beta-glucan, a soluble fibre.
Easy to add to every day
Swap your usual instant noodles for a high-protein staple, then add vegetables and your favourite ingredients for a meal that suits you.
A balanced diet, adequate nutrition and regular exercise are all important for maintaining healthy muscles and physique.

A bowl of noodles, designed from the ingredients up
Five plant ingredients,
balancing nutrition and texture.
It’s not just about raising the protein. We redesigned the noodle from the ingredients up, and every ingredient has a clear job.
Highland barley flour
The grain base, providing protein, low-GI carbohydrates and dietary fibre.
Wheat gluten
Wheat plant protein: the main protein source, which also gives the noodles their springy bite.
Buckwheat flour
Buckwheat protein is relatively rich in lysine. Paired with wheat protein, it broadens the plant protein sources and adds a natural grain aroma.
Konjac flour
Helps retain moisture so the high-protein noodles stay supple, not dry, with a springy bite.
Young barley leaf powder
A plant ingredient that adds natural colour and aroma.
For noodles you eat every day, we keep the recipe simple.
Make a nutritious meal part of your day
At work, at the gym, at home,
this bowl fits right in.
Lunch or dinner on a workday, a meal after exercise, or noodles at home at the weekend. Add protein and fibre starting with your staple, and plan everyday meals that suit you.

How is MyoNoodle Pro different from ordinary dried noodles?
MyoNoodle Pro isn’t only about texture. It is designed around the overall balance of protein, dietary fibre, fat and carbohydrates, for people who want convenience and also care about nutrition.
What does MyoNoodle Pro taste like?
The noodles have a gentle grain and buckwheat flavour and a light taste, so they pair well with noodle soups, tossed noodles and all kinds of savoury ingredients.
Is it only for people who work out?
No. Besides people who exercise or train, anyone who is busy at work, often eats takeaway, wants more protein and dietary fibre, or needs a quick meal can enjoy it.
Do I have to eat it after exercise?
No. MyoNoodle can be your staple after exercise, and it also suits busy lunches, dinners or everyday meal plans where you want a clearer handle on your nutrition balance.
Is it suitable for vegetarians?
Yes. The current recipe is made entirely from plant-based ingredients.
Is it suitable for a keto diet?
MyoNoodle still contains carbohydrates and is not designed for a strict ketogenic diet.
Can people with diabetes or who need to manage blood sugar eat it?
The ingredients are low GI, so it is relatively suitable for people who need to watch their blood sugar. Everyone’s situation is different, though, so please consult a doctor or dietitian first.
Why does the colour of the noodles vary from time to time?
Because we don’t add artificial colours. The colour comes from highland barley, buckwheat and young barley leaves, and natural ingredients vary in shade with origin, season and batch. Slight colour differences are normal and do not affect quality, nutrition or texture.
Does it contain added sugar, preservatives or artificial colours?
The product has no added sugar, and no added preservatives or artificial colours.
How long is the shelf life?
Usually 12 months. Please check the best-before date and storage instructions on each pack.
How should I store it?
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Are sauces and toppings included?
The product is plain, individually wrapped noodles. Sauces, eggs, vegetables, meat and other toppings shown in the photos are not included. Make noodle soup, tossed, stir-fried or cold noodles, however you like.
Do the nutrition figures include the cooked broth and toppings?
No. The nutrition information on this page is for the plain dry noodles: 28g protein and 12g dietary fibre per 100g. Each pack is individually wrapped, with a net weight of 80g. Cooking water, sauces and toppings all affect the weight and nutrition of the whole meal.
