Shipping policy

Delivery area

We currently deliver within Hong Kong only (Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories).

Shipping fees

Orders of HK$188 or more ship free. Orders under HK$188 have a shipping fee of HK$31. The shipping fee is shown at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery times

Once your order is confirmed, we generally arrange dispatch and delivery within 2–3 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Dispatch and delivery may be delayed by public holidays, Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, a Black Rainstorm Warning or other special circumstances. Deliveries to outlying islands and remote areas may take longer.

We will email you once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct. If you need to change your address, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is dispatched. If an order cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect or no one is available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may take extra time.

Checking your order

Please check your products as soon as you receive them. If anything is damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. For details, see our Refund Policy.
